4. Where do you deliver?
The One Five Co. is a hyperlocal delivery service. We currently deliver to selected zones within Mumbai. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check if your location is covered.
5. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries take place within 60–90 minutes depending on your location, traffic and order volume. You will receive order updates once your order is confirmed.
6. How should I store my Frut.Ops?
Store your Frut.Ops in the freezer at -18°C or below. For the best taste and texture, enjoy them straight from the freezer. Avoid refreezing products that have completely melted.
7. What if my order arrives melted or damaged?
We carefully pack every order to keep it frozen during delivery. If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and share a photo of the product. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to provide a suitable resolution.
